Four years ago, Percy announced his candidacy for Mayor of Meridian, Mississippi because he believed our city wasn’t moving in the right direction. He ran because he believed Meridian could do better. Against all odds, he won. These past four years have been rewarding, challenging and exciting. Working together and not divided, we have Meridian moving forward once again.
